Utility & Non-Utility Attendees

Utility attendees: For electric, water, and gas utility professionals.

Non-Utility attendees: For manufacturers, consultants, distributors, contractors, and other industry professionals.

Day Passes

For those unable to attend the full conference, the day pass offers access to a single day of Utility Connect sessions, networking opportunities, and events.

Guest Passes

For spouses, partners, or other guests participating in networking and meals.

What’s Included

Utility and non-utility attendees receive access to all conference sessions, networking events, and meals. Day and guest pass attendees receive access to select events and activities as outlined in the registration comparison table below.

Which registration type should I select?

Utility registration is available for employees of electric, water, and gas utilities. Non-utility registration is for distributors, contractors, service providers, industry partners, and others. If you are unsure of which registration type to select, please email us at events@hubbell.com.

What does my registration include?

Your conference registration includes access to all keynote presentations, breakout sessions, networking events, meals,
and the Solutions Center.

Does my registration include travel and hotel room?

No. Travel and hotel accommodations are not included with Utility Connect registration. A discounted hotel rate is available, and you will receive the link to book a hotel room when you register.

How can I modify my registration?

Please contact us at events@hubbell.com and include Utility Connect 2027 in the headline to modify your registration.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes. Organizations registering three or more utility attendees at the same time will receive a 10% discount on each additional registration.

What is your cancellation and substitution policy?

You may cancel your participation at any time but please be aware of the following policy:

Refund requests must be received within 90 days of your original registration date AND on or before August 1, 2027
whichever comes first to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation requests received after August 1, 2027, or more than 90 days after your original registration date, are not eligible for a refund. In
either case, you may send a substitute attendee in your place at no additional charge. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method
of payment within 30 days of approval. All cancellations and registration replacements must be made via email to: Events@Hubbell.com.

*Substitutions must be submitted in writing to the email above no later than 40 business days before the event and are subject to Hubbell's approval.
